In response to national shifts in health care delivery, Bon Secours is embarking on a multiyear effort to improve the delivery of care with the reimagining hospital care and prioritizing innovation.
A key aspect of this work will be to struct a team around agile ways of working to quickly develop, prototype, test and refine new approaches.
A dedicated nursing unit at Bon Secours Southside Medical Center will serve as our primary innovation site!
